The objective of the assignment is to support in-service teacher training institutions (NCTT and STTCs) to master the skills required to lead their activities, including those pertaining to education in emergencies, based on the national strategy, specifically by: (i) delivering office equipment to the NCTT, (ii) conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to analyse the NCTT and selected STTCs’ human and institutional gaps, (iii) developing an action plan based on the needs assessment’s findings to mitigate the identified challenges, and (iv) conducting relevant training based on the action plan and the drafting of a White Paper. |

The general objective of the "Succeeding Together in Mauritania'' programme is to support Mauritania in preventing irregular migration of its residents, focusing mainly on young Mauritanians and foreigners residing in Mauritania through the three specific objectives: (i) (SO 1) improve labour market skills to facilitate professional integration; (ii) (SO 2) support job-generating entrepreneurship initiatives; and (iii) (SO 3) improve access to information on economic and employment opportunities, as well as on the risks and opportunities of migration for young Mauritanians and migrants in Mauritania. |

The technical assistance services for the PROMOVE Transporte Programme aim to provide assistance to the National Authorising Officer (NAO), the National Road Administration (ANE) and the Road Fund at the central and provincial levels and to the European Union Delegation in Mozambique with their oversight of these projects. |
