Fr En Technical Assistance to the Justice Reform Support Programme Phase 3 (ATPARJ III) Tunisia 2021-2024 | European Union Contribute to the implementation of the justice reform strategy and to the objectives set out in PARJ III. The overall objective of PARJ III is to help consolidate the Rule of Law and good governance in Tunisia. In the framework of the 2016-2020 Action Plan, the programme has three specific objectives: (i) Strengthen the independence and impartiality of jurisdictional authority; (ii) Support the justice and penitentiary reform process (particularly in civil and commercial matters) by building the institutional and operational capacities and skills of the beneficiaries, to achieve a more efficient and better quality justice system; (iii) Strengthen access to a quality system of law and justice for all with a specific focus on the rights of women, children and people living in vulnerable situations.
