| Creation of an Implementation Unit for the Ministry of Water and Energy (Chad Energy Access Project) |
| The overall objective of this assignment is to set up and run the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), which, under the supervision of the MWE, should be able to: i) effectively manage, coordinate, implement and supervise all (sub-)components of the PAAET Project, until their objectives are achieved, and ii) contribute to capacity building for the institutional actors involved, such as the MWE, and to transfer our skills to enable the Ministry to master PIU activities. |
