Georgia I2Q - Consulting Services for Strenghtening the Quality of Pre-Service Teacher Education Programs and Continuous Professional Development Options

This posting is in the frame of the preparation of a tender in the field of quality strenghening of pre service teacher education programs and continuous professional development options. 


Location: Georgia / Tbilissi


Intended starting date:  October 2022


QUALIFICATION
  • Advanced university degree in Education or in another related discipline (for example, Education Management, Philosophy of Education, Educational Psychology, Comparative Education, Sociology of Education, Education Technology, etc); 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accreditation / Evaluation of Teacher Education Programs – some international experience on this area will be an advantage;
  • At least 3 years of international experience in at least one of the listed:
  • Teacher Professional development policy design;
  • Pedagogy, Learning Design, Classroom methodologies;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge/experience of Georgian education, and especially of teacher education and teacher professional development in Georgia.
