- Qualifications
and skills
- A
University degree (at master’s level) in public relations,
communications, knowledge management (or other related field);
- Or if
University degree at Bachelor’s level, additional relevant specific
professional experience of at least three years will have to be
demonstrated in public relations, communications, knowledge management
(or other related field);
- Language
level C1 in English and French;
- Specific
qualification in knowledge management will be an asset.

- Previous professional
experience with as main responsibility knowledge management.

professional experience
- Previous
professional experience in data management in the context of the
promotion of science-policy interface
- Previous
professional experience in operating in a complex environment,
communicating and interacting with multisectoral and multi-stakeholders
networks and communities;
- Previous
professional experience in designing and managing web-based knowledge
management systems;
- Proven
professional experience in the thematic areas of green transition;
- Proven professional experience in Africa.
