Technical Assistance to the Management Unit of the Project for the Modernisation and Extension of Modibo Keita-Senou International Airport (2016-2017)
Within the framework of the completion of the Project for the Modernisation and Extension of Modibo Keita-Senou International Airport, the Government of the Republic of Mali decided to strengthen the Project Management Unit through support from two experts in project management, electricity and electronic networks, and IT.
Training was also prepared and delivered on numerous technical subjects related to airport operations.

Project to Support the Training of Human Resources in the Industrial and Construction Fields (PAFRIBTP) (2018-2022)
The Project to Support the Training of Human Resources in the Industrial and Construction Fields (PAFRIBTP) involves modernising the public initial and continuing training system in close partnership with the private sector. The objective is to propose training attuned to the requirements of the market, professionals and businesses. It targets secondary schools, training centres and universities to support them in the following areas: (i) renovation of infrastructures, (ii) equipment supply, (iii) improvement and development of training programmes in relation to the identified industrial sub-sectors, and (iv) training support for trainers.
Programme of support for green mini-grids based on renewable energy in Niger (2018)
The objective of this project was to support Niger's Ministry of Energy to prepare the policy and regulations for mini-grids powered by renewable energy (green mini-grids) and to help it set up an enabling framework to promote the development of these grids focused on the market.
The creation of a conducive policy and regulatory framework that aims to take account of all aspects of the development of green mini-grids is a prerequisite for the expected boom in these isolated networks. This should increase access to energy in rural zones at a reasonable investment level for the Government of Niger and its financial partners through the involvement of the private sector, as well as increase the share of renewable energy in the country's mix.

Technical assistance for institutional support for the management and monitoring of the pond system (2017-2018)
The overall objective of this technical assistance is to help set up an efficient institutional framework for Togo's water sanitation (particularly rainwater sanitation) in order to sustainably improve its performance, make the proposed institutional arrangements operational, and thus significantly contribute to the urban resilience of the city of Lomé in the face of climate change.
Diagnostic study of the OTP (Office Togolais des Phosphates) in view of a private participation to OTP’s capital (2000)
The mine is an open pit mine equipped with bucket wheels, draglines, shovels and trucks (3 levels of exploitation). It has a capacity of 2MT/year.

Recommendations for the reform of these systems and proposals for priority actions. Identification of accompanying actions (institutional tools and mechanisms, as well as the financing modes of the judicial and penitentiary systems, the quantity and quality of human resources, management and programming capacity, monitoring and evaluation, the adequacy of available material and infrastructures).
Technical assistance assignment for a statistical capacity-building support project to monitor the poverty reduction strategy (PARCS) (2012-2014)
The general objective of the programme of which this contract is a part is:
To contribute to the implementation of the National Statistical Development Strategy (NSDS) in order to provide the reliable statistical data necessary to formulate, monitor and evaluate the Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) and the Millennium Development Goals (MDG).
Supervision of studies, supplies and construction works for transmission, distribution and rural electrification networks (PRETD) (2018-2019)
The objective of the Power Transmission and Distribution Networks Reinforcement Project (PRETD) is to develop and reinforce the power transmission and distribution facilities defined hereafter:
- creation of the Bingerville 220/20kV substation and restructuring of the Bingerville MV network;
- doubling of the Soubré-San Pedro 225 kV line and related works at the 225 kV substations of Soubré and San Pedro;
- construction of the Duékoué-Zagné 225 kV line, of the 225/33 kV substations of Duékoué and Zagné, and of the 33 kV Zagné-Taï line, and restructuring of the MV networks of Duékoué, Zagné and Taï;
- rural electrification of 252 localities, contributing to a rise in coverage in the country's west zone (Montagnes District) of 26.45%, i.e. a national increase of 3 points.
