The S4C project aims at enhancing the skills and competitiveness of Cambodia’s industrial sector labour force by developing human resources to work as a skilled workforce in four priority sectors, namely, manufacturing, construction, electricity and electronics. It supports the transformation of five training institutes and strengthens the industry’s engagement in skills development.

Technical assistance for the implementation of the project for the development of vocational education, training and occupational integration (DEFI-PRO) (2019-2025)
Technical assistance to the Ministry of Secondary, Technical and Vocational Education and Training for the implementation of the DEFI-PRO project to strengthen vocational training in Benin. SOFRECO provides expertise at two levels: support to the coordinator for project management (steering, budgetary, administrative, procurement, capacity building of ministry officials) and technical support for the implementation of activities (capacity building for staff of the Ministry and TVET high schools, definition and steering of the TVET policy, support for the production of new curricula, support for the definition and installation of Equipment), TA for the INA TVET high school and the TVET high school of Lokossa (definition of the programmes, equipment, laboratories, etc.); capacity building for the training-of-trainers and setting of guidance-information units.

The general objective of the "Succeeding Together in Mauritania'' programme is to support Mauritania in preventing irregular migration of its residents, focusing mainly on young Mauritanians and foreigners residing in Mauritania through the three specific objectives: (i) (SO 1) improve labour market skills to facilitate professional integration; (ii) (SO 2) support job-generating entrepreneurship initiatives; and (iii) (SO 3) improve access to information on economic and employment opportunities, as well as on the risks and opportunities of migration for young Mauritanians and migrants in Mauritania.

The objective of Lot 5 of the Charaka Fund project, created and financed by the MCA, is to support the Multidisciplinary Institute of Logistics and Industry Professions of FAHS ANJRA in Tangier in creating new branches within the fields of logistics and transport in Morocco according to the competency-based approach (CBA). This is being done in order to better respond to the needs of the private sector through the adequacy of the training supply in relation to the realities of the local labour market.
