Developing social services for vulnerable groups II (2003-2005)
Design and development of an integrated system of social protection for vulnerable groups (orphans, victims of domestic violence, street children, young prisoners) and support to their integration into society through the provision of policy advice, the establishment of 4 pilot centres and of models of service provision in the regions, capacity building, training, and awareness building.
Capacity building for trade policies and analysis (2015-2017)
Promote and further strengthen Bosnia and Herzegovina's trade policy and its integration into the world economy in general and the EU economy in particular, through the expansion of trade, and in particular an increase in exports.
Technical assistance for the implementation of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme (HRDOP) (2008)
Support to the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security and its affiliated bodies to prepare for the implementation of the measures to promote women's participation in the labour market and registered employment, as identified in the Human Resources Development Operational Programmes.
Preparation of tendering documentation for the implementation of the measures identified in the HRDOP.
Technical Assistance to an Active Labour Market Measures Fund - Republic of Serbia (2005-2007)
The specific objective of the project was to assist the European Agency for Reconstruction with the evaluation, contracting and monitoring phases of the ALMM Grant Fund, in accordance with EU procurement rules and regulations.
Improved capacity building for teachers' professional development (training of pre-school and primary teachers) (2018-2020)
The purpose of this project is to strengthen the quality of the pre-university education sector by:
(i) building capacities at local/municipal level to establish sustainable teacher professional development at school level;
(ii) introducing a teacher mentoring system in Kosovo's school system;
(iii) establishing a criteria-based and transparent teacher recruitment system.
Technical assistance for capacity building on safety and security training requirements of Turkish civil aviation (2015-2017)
The purposes of this project are as follows:
- To undertake activities that will help the operationalisation of a new civil aviation training centre in Istanbul by developing an effective training policy, programme, curriculum, and other necessary policies and documents focused on safety and security aspects based on the EU acquis and relevant international legislation in the air transport sector.
- To ensure the visibility of the training centre by developing a communication campaign targeting stakeholders and the general public in Turkey and abroad.
Tacis corporate governance facility (2004-2005)
Technical assistance to improve the legal, institutional and regulatory framework for corporate governance in Russia, promote good corporate governance principles as embodied in the new Russian Corporate Governance Code and put the Code’s requirements into application.
Improving industrial energy efficiency (2003-2004)
Increase competitiveness in industry through energy efficient production by: 1) promoting energy management by way of energy auditing, reductions in energy consumption and energy efficiency; 2) developing and implementing a training programme for industrial managers; 3) further developing the training of energy auditors at the Energy Efficiency Centre; and 4) developing and implementing a system of voluntary certification for energy auditors (as subcontractor of Dansk Energi Management).
