The global objective of the project is to contribute to the efficient implementation of the grant scheme programme called Promotion of Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Turkey II, for the financing of projects in the following fields: i ) Culture and Arts, ii) Fisheries and Agriculture, iii) Micro Grant Schemes for Participation in NGO events.

Organisation of Training for the Development of Macroeconomic Forecasting Models (2010)
The objective of this assignment was to organise and deliver training for representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on macroeconomic forecasting models and the organisation of macro forecasting within the state economic policy system.
Two study visits (one to France and one to the UK) on issues of macroeconomic forecasting modelling were organised. The programme of the visits included meetings with executive specialists and research fellows directly involved in the macroeconomic forecasting system of the country at governmental and non-governmental levels.

Technical assistance for capacity building on safety and security training requirements of Turkish civil aviation (2015-2017)
The purposes of this project are as follows:
- To undertake activities that will help the operationalisation of a new civil aviation training centre in Istanbul by developing an effective training policy, programme, curriculum, and other necessary policies and documents focused on safety and security aspects based on the EU acquis and relevant international legislation in the air transport sector.
- To ensure the visibility of the training centre by developing a communication campaign targeting stakeholders and the general public in Turkey and abroad.

Within the framework of preparation for the country’s integration into the European Union: (i) support for the setting up of a modern tax administration, capable of applying the acquis communautaire through: the introduction of a strategic direction and management system; the improvement of management, organisation, communication and information practices, support for legislation reform; (ii) improvement of control and enforcement strategy and procedures, to increase tax compliance and detect and deal with fraud in conformity with European good practice. Technical assistance for the construction of regional industrial collaboration in cotton fibre manufacturing (2016-2018)
The purpose of this project is to improve the quality of cotton and its marketing with, on the one hand, a standardised method for analysing the cotton produced, and on the other hand, strengthening of the actors’ capacities in terms of sales techniques (use of the new standard, creation of a business network, on-lining of information, training on client relations, organisation of promotion events).
