The mission consisted of training senior officials from public administrations in Southern, Central and West Africa on the theme: Management of Public-Private Partnership Contracts. This 10-day training course was designed to strengthen skills as well as theoretical and technical knowledge in the field of public-private partnership management.
In addition, 10 hours of individual coaching was organised by distance learning on the use of specific IT tools for good budget planning. |
| Training in 'Results-based management (RBM) of projects and programmes' (2022) |
The mission consists of individual coaching for a manager of the Governance of institutional support and strengthening the capacities of parties involved in the energy sector in Benin (RECASEB) on the following topic: Results-based management (RBM) of projects and programmes.
The training lasts ten days. |
