- Qualifications
and skills
- A
University degree (at master’s level) in innovation management,
engineering, environment, economics, business administration,
international development or equivalent field;
- Or if
University degree at Bachelor’s level, additional relevant specific
professional experience of at least three years will have to be
demonstrated in innovation management, engineering, environment,
economics, business administration, international development or
equivalent field ;
- Language
level C1 in English and French;
- Strong communication and
management skills;
- General
professional experience
- Previous professional
experience with main responsibility project management and/or policy
development in the field of Science, Technology & Innovation.
- Specific
professional experience
- Previous
professional experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation;
- Previous
professional experience in projects on the science policy interface;
- Previous professional
experience in a developing country context, some of which must be in
Africa;
- Previous
professional experience as Team leader coordinating technical assistance
teams;
- Previous professional
experience in EU-funded development cooperation programmes and projects,
preferably in areas related to green transition.
