Data Quality Expert - Experience with MCC required, Belize

Starting in September, for an overall duration of 10 months. Working conditions : field (at least 60%) and remote

Supporting the design of a Project in the sector of Education in Belize by:

• evaluating the soundness, relevance, feasibility and sustainability of the strategic approach proposed for the Project, 

• making recommendations, 

• conducting assessments of key aspects of the education system to inform more detailed design of the Project

- At least a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics or a related field. 

- At least 10 years of experience in quantitative data collection and analysis. 

- At least 5 years of experience in the design and use of data collection and aggregation tools for performance monitoring in large development projects. 

- Experience working on at least one review of data quality.  

- At least 5 years of general experience in data statistics in the education sector. 

- Experience working in the Caribbean or Central America preferred.
