Organisation of Training for the Development of Macroeconomic Forecasting Models (2010) |
The objective of this assignment was to organise and deliver training for representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on macroeconomic forecasting models and the organisation of macro forecasting within the state economic policy system. Two study visits (one to France and one to the UK) on issues of macroeconomic forecasting modelling were organised. The programme of the visits included meetings with executive specialists and research fellows directly involved in the macroeconomic forecasting system of the country at governmental and non-governmental levels. |

Technical assistance to the EDF National Authorising Officer and the Ministry of Land Management to implement a €20 million programme under direct then indirect labor operations to increase the capacities of local governments of 5 medium-sized cities (Bamenda, Maroua, Ngaoundere, Foumban, Bafoussam) in urban planning and management. Strengthening participation of the populations in local urban development through the implementation of a microproject programme. |
| Support to the National Judicial and Legal Aid Service of the Department of Justice under the Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery (PLEAD) (2020-2024) |
The purpose of this contract is to support the Kenyan Department of Justice in the implementation of the newly adopted Legal Aid Act and to support the overall coordination of and collaboration between actors in the Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery (PLEAD). The objective of the PLEAD, of which this contract is a part, is to develop an integrated approach at the central and local levels aimed at achieving equality for all before the law, through improved access to and the expeditious delivery of justice, particularly in high-risk counties in Kenya. |
