Supporting the School Sector Development Plan (SSDP) - External Monitoring, Review and Evaluation Team (2019-2021)
The main objective of the assignment is to support the SSDP programme’s secretariat and development partners by undertaking a mid-term review (2019), annual fiduciary reviews (2019-2021), and final evaluation (2021) of the SSDP. Other ad hoc reviews of programmatic elements as and when required.
Mid-term evaluation of the Food and Nutrition Security programme in Bangladesh 2015 (2019-2020)
The Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) programme 2015 aims to improve nutrition and to promote a sustainable food security system resilient to increasing climate change-related challenges in Bangladesh.
The programme was made up of 3 components and 6 projects:
- Component 1 (EUR 8 M): Meeting the undernutrition challenge (MUCH), 01/2017-12/2020;
- Component 2 (EUR 35 M): Ending the cycle of undernutrition in Bangladesh (SUCHANA), 01/2017-12/2022;
- Component 3 (EUR 35 M): Leadership to ensure adequate nutrition (LEAN), Sustained opportunities for nutrition governance (SONGO), Joint action for nutrition outcome (JANO), and Bangladesh initiative to enhance nutrition security and governance (BlenGS), 09/2018-08/2023.
Project management services (PMC) for a sulfuric acid plant and ammonium sulfate plant (2012-2014)
Project management consultant for a project involving a sulfuric acid production plant with a capacity of 400,000 MTPY combined with an electric generation capacity of 12 MW, and an ammonium sulfate production plant with a capacity of 100,000 MTPY. Supervision of the technology, design, procurement and construction works. Assistance to the client for bidding preparation and the selection of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors.

Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement Project for the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund (CADIF) and the Da Nang City Development Investment Fund (DDIF) (2013-2015)
CADIF and DDIF are local financing agencies for investments in local urban infrastructure projects in both cities. This project aims to enhance their capacities by improving their project management skills, standardising their institutional development procedures (balance sheet management, financial analysis and management, debts supervision and appraisal, socio-environmental risk management, etc), and bringing international expertise to key sectoral projects (water supply, wastewater treatment and drainage, solid waste treatment, urban transport, energy, health, education, urban upgrading and social housing).

Reinforcement Programme of Commercial Capacity for the Tourism Sector (2018-2022)
The general objective of this assignment is to help the PMU to strengthen the commercial capacity of the tourism sector in Cambodia by building the capacity of private and public stakeholders, structuring public-private partnerships, and developing innovative commercial strategies.
Strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Tourism, private tourism operators and professional associations is thus at the core of this assignment, which is structured in four components:
Component 1: Assisting the PMU in structuring and strengthening the capacity of the private sector;
Component 2: Assisting the PMU in strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Tourism;
Component 3: Assisting the PMU in developing studies and pilot projects;
Component 4: Strengthening the PMU in terms of project management.
EC-Vietnam Strategic Dialogue Facility (2013-2016)
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the implementation of Vietnam's five-year Socio-Economic Development Plan (SEDP, 2011-2015) through the further development of EU-Vietnam cooperation in sectors of strategic importance.

EIDHR Evaluation on the Abolition of Death Penalty projects (2006-2007)
Support to the European Commission to improve the impact of the EIDHR (European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights) projects supporting civil society activities aiming at the abolition of the death penalty, by strengthening the Commission’s ability to draw on lessons learnt from past and ongoing interventions for future planning, programming and project identification.
Assessment of the effectiveness and relevance of the EIDHR funded projects in support of the implementation of the EU guidelines and policy on the death penalty.
