The objective of the mission was: (i) to develop and enhance the legal and institutional framework on non-tariff barriers to trade and enable the implementation of the country’s trade policy; (ii) to identify the economic impact of Kazakhstan’s involvement in regional trade organisations and the regional integration process (Single Economic Space, Customs Union, Free Trade Area, etc). |

The specific objectives are to liaise between the Government, donors and other possible stakeholders (civil society, the private sector), facilitate their dialogue and prepare, in constant consultation with the Government and donors, all pre-session, in-session and post-session documents of the HLC. |
| Training on the cost-benefit analysis of agricultural investments for banks (2008-2010) |
The objectives of the training are:
- capacity building of participating financial institutions in appraising agricultural, rural and processing-related medium and long term investments, and in risk assessment and management.
- enhancing the provision of financial services to actors involved in agricultural and agribusiness projects. |

| Skills and Employability Enhancement Project - CS10 Project Implementation Support Consultant (2021-2025) |
The Ministry of Labour, Migration, and Employment (MOLME) of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project (SEEP), the cost of which is partly financed by the Asian Development Bank. SEEP is aimed at improving the skills and employability of youth, women, and labour migrants for both the domestic and overseas labour markets. MOLME is the Executing agency (EA) of the Project. The Project Administration Group (PAG) has been established to implement the project. The Project Implementation Support Consultancy (PISC) provides advice and support to the PAG. |
