The assignment consisted in training five staff members of the Court of Auditors of Guinea on ''Developing a communication plan: principles and tools''. Over a period of 5 days, the participants strengthened their skills so as to acquire a command of the design of a communication strategy, the development of a communication plan and the communication tools (particularly digital tools) required for its implementation. |

| Support of expertise for the Livestock sector development plan in AlUla County: Design, feasibility study and modelling of an abattoir and slaughtering activities (2023-2024) |
The goal of this project is to deploy a strategy for the sustainable development of the livestock sector in Alu’la County, by restructuring slaughtering activities as the first step of a larger Livestock Sector Development Plan. Component 1 (existing abattoir) involves a technical and financial feasibility study on renovating and improving the operating conditions of the existing abattoir in Al’Ula. Component 2 (future abattoir and related services) proposes scenarios for new models of abattoir services in Al’Ula County, an economic and financial analysis of the scenario, the development of precise technical specifications for the design and engineering of the new abattoir, and the related infrastructure network and services. |
