Strengthening of Environmental Management (2006-2007)
The project’s aim was to provide technical assistance to the MEPP in the preparation of a National Strategy for Environmental Approximation (NSEA) providing a comprehensive route-map of prioritized actions for achieving full compliance with all 10 sectors of the EU environmental acquis. Covering all aspects of approximation and providing assistance in planning a coherent investment programme, it was to contribute to creating the conditions for sustainable development in the fYR of Macedonia.
