Technical assistance to support the implementation of EU cooperation programmes in Tunisia (2023-2028)
The aim of the Technical Cooperation Facility (TCF) is to increase the effectiveness of the EU Delegation and its partners in implementing current and future EU cooperation programmes in Tunisia.
The specific objectives of this contract are as follows: (i) Strengthen the various phases of the cooperation project cycle (including the formulation, identification, implementation and monitoring of programmes and projects), (ii) Strengthen political dialogue (and sectoral political dialogue) between the EU and Tunisia, (iii) Strengthen the capacity of line ministries and other stakeholders to implement and monitor programmes, and (iv) Facilitate the coordination and visibility of the Team Europe Initiatives (TEI) and other joint initiatives.

EU-Timor Leste Cooperation Facility (2024-2028)
This action supports the implementation and coordination of the EU programmes in Timor Leste and enhances the partnership and development cooperation. Specifically, it: (i) supports the improvement of the coordination of the EU cooperation strategies, (ii) enhances the capacity of line ministries to ensure effective implementation of EU strategies, policies and projects, and (iii) increases the capacity of all relevant stakeholders to develop actions in the framework of the Global Gateway and the Indo-Pacific Strategy.

Trade and Innovation Support in India (2023-2026)
The objective of the project is to reinforce EU-India cooperation on trade, innovation and digitalisation in line with mutually agreed priorities.
Under Component 1, the project supports the three streams of EU-India negotiations (a Free Trade Agreement, a Geographical Indications Agreement and an Investment Protection Agreement). The support is provided through sectoral studies, stakeholder consultations, communication, policy advocacy, technical/legal analysis of market access barriers, etc., as well as via the support to the establishment of an EU-India Chamber of Commerce. Under Component 2, the project supports the Trade and Technology Council and the Connectivity Partnership. The action assists in mapping the Indian needs and matching European offers in priority sectors and developing tools to facilitate assessment and access to the Indian markets for European incubators, accelerators and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The project also aims to design and create a sustainable and effective online platform connecting the two ecosystems.

Technical Assistance to the Justice Reform Support Programme Phase 3 (ATPARJ III) (2021-2024)
Contribute to the implementation of the justice reform strategy and to the objectives set out in PARJ III. The overall objective of PARJ III is to help consolidate the Rule of Law and good governance in Tunisia. In the framework of the 2016-2020 Action Plan, the programme has three specific objectives: (i) Strengthen the independence and impartiality of jurisdictional authority; (ii) Support the justice and penitentiary reform process (particularly in civil and commercial matters) by building the institutional and operational capacities and skills of the beneficiaries, to achieve a more efficient and better quality justice system; (iii) Strengthen access to a quality system of law and justice for all with a specific focus on the rights of women, children and people living in vulnerable situations.

The project's overall objective is to support economic diversification and job creation in Botswana.

Technical assistance for the implementation of the Government Plan for Equality II (2021-2024)
The objective of this EU support programme is to help improve the conditions for promoting equality and fairness between women and men in Morocco through: (i) support for monitoring the implementation of PGE II, (ii) capacity building of the partner ministerial departments, (iii) the development of knowledge on the topic of promoting equality, (iv) contributing to communication on EU support in terms of promoting equality.

Urban Development Advisory Services (2020-2021)
This was an advisory service project on Urban Development (UD) in 5 ACP countries (Ghana, Jamaica, Niger, Rwanda and Senegal).
The project was divided into two phases: phase one, which delved into the real matter of the Urban Development the five ACP countries, and phase two, which introduced overall strategic recommendations on topics of integrated urban planning, housing, and secondary cities.

Mid-term evaluation of the Programme to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable urban and rural communities in Mauritania or the SAFIRE Programme (food security, training, insertion, resilience and employment) (2021)
This mid-term evaluation intended to analyse the results of the Programme since its inception, following the six DAC evaluation criteria and that of EU added value.
The SAFIRE Programme ( food security, training, insertion, resilience and employment) is divided into three components, respectively (i) Community and institutional resilience for the economic and social insertion of young people and women in Nouakchott, Hodh El Chargui and Hodh El Gharbi, (ii) a socio-professional integration programme for the employment of young people and women in Nouakchott, Gorgol and Guidimakha, and (iii) a support project for the economic and social inclusion and employment stability of young people in Mauritania, in Nouakchott, Brakna, Trazra and Gorgol.
Each of the three components was supported by a consortium (lead organisations: OXFAM, French Red Cross and GRET). In total, 14 NGOs were involved in the implementation of the activities, coordinated by an inter-consortium team of three persons.
